Establishing within the State of Sao Paulo, the Register for the lock Incoming Connections Telemarketing
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO:
I know that the Legislature enacts and promulgates the following law:
Article 1 - There is hereby established within the State of São Paulo, the Register for the lock Receiving telemarketing calls.
Sole paragraph - The Register aims to prevent telemarketing companies, or businesses that use this service, they engage in unauthorized telephone calls for users enrolled therein.

Article 4 - Vetoed:

II - vetoed;
III - vetoed;
IV - vetoed;
V - Vetoed;
VI - vetoed;
VII - vetoed.
Article 5 - From the 30 (thirty) days of the user can enter the Register, companies that provide services related to the single paragraph of Article 1 or individuals hired for that purpose, they can not make phone calls to persons entered in the register supracriado .
§ 1 - vetoed.
§ 2 - Included in the provisions of this law the phones and mobile devices in general.
§ 3 - At any time the user can request their exclusion from the Register.
§ 4 - vetoed.
§ 5 - vetoed.
Article 6 - Do not apply the provisions of this Act to charities that use telemarketers to raise their own resources.
Article 7 - This Act shall enter into force upon its publication.
