Establishing within the State of São Paulo, the Lock Register to Receive Telemarketing Links
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO:
I know that the Legislative Assembly decrees and I promulgate the following law:
Article 1 - It is established within the State of São Paulo, the Lock Register to Receive telemarketing calls.
Sole Paragraph - The Register is intended to prevent telemarketing companies, or institutions that use this service, make phone calls to unauthorized users contained in it.
Article 2 - vetoed.
Article 3 - vetoed.
Sole Paragraph - vetoed.
Article 4 - vetoed:
I - vetoed;
II - vetoed;
III - vetoed;
IV - vetoed;
V - vetoed;
VI - vetoed;
VII - vetoed.
Article 5 - From the 30 (thirty) days of the user can enter the Registry, companies that provide services related to the sole paragraph of Article 1 or individuals hired for that purpose, can not make phone calls to persons entered in the register supracriado .
§ 1 - vetoed.
§ 2 - Included in the provisions of this law fixed phones and mobile devices in general.
§ 3 - At any time the user may request exclusion from the Register.
§ 4 - vetoed.
§ 5 - vetoed.
Article 6 - Do not apply the provisions of this law to charitable organizations that use telemarketing to raise funds themselves.
Article 7 - This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
